What is the traffic volume at your web site?
You can view our 2014 traffic statistics here. All three of our sites consistently rank in the Top 10 generic search results in all search engines for destination-specific wedding related terms.

How many bridal leads will I receive from your site?
We have no way of guaranteeing the number of bridal leads you will receive due to the number of variables that are out of our control. We can tell you that from December through March, traffic at the sites spikes as brides engaged over the holidays begin their planning. In the summer months, it dips, and then picks up again in the fall. You can view our 2013 traffic statistics here.

MANAGING YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS LISTING

How do I purchase and create my business listing?
It’s easy! Just follow three easy steps online to create your listing. You will submit your listing for review, which can take up to 48 hours (usually less), and pay for your selected package via Pay Pal. Pay Pal accepts all major charge cards or payment via your Pay Pal account if you have one. You can begin the process of building your listing here.

Step 1) Decide which type of listing subscription you prefer.

Step 2) Create a new user account here. Upon completion, you will automatically be logged in to the site. In the top right of the page, you will see a welcome message with your user name. You will also receive your user name and password via email. Next to that is a link to ADD LISTING. Click it!

Step 3) Once on the ADD LISTING page, you can create or edit your business listing.
• Enter your business name (required).
• Enter your physical address. Enter your street address, city, state, and ZIP, and then click SET YOUR ADDRESSS ON THE MAP for geomapping. If you do not want to include a street address, you may input only a city and state for general mapping. Verify that the map reflects the address you input.
• Enter your business description (required). There is no limit to the number of words you may use, and basic HTML code (if you’re into that) can be used. Hit ENTER on your keyboard when completed.
• Select your service/product categories. Select as many categories as desired. We will moderate your selections before going live in order to ensure your category selections are appropriate. If your business fits into a broad category which is not listed here, let us know and, if appropriate, we will add it.
• Upload your thumbnail image.  This image will show on your short listing on the  category index page as well as on your profile page. For optimum viewing, size this image to 200 pixels wide x 200 pixels high. Images that exceed either of these dimensions will be automatically cropped by the system.
• Upload additional images. You may also add additional images which will be shown on your main profile page in addition to the thumbnail image.
• Enter all additional information as applicable to your business.
• Select your listing package. Once you have added your listing details and selected a package, click the Review Your Listing button.

Step 4) Review your listing and check out.
• You will be redirected to a page where you can review your listing and package details. If you need to make changes, click the Go Back button and make changes. If you are satisfied, click the Submit for Review button.
• You will then be directed to our Pay Pal site for payment. We accept all major charge cards or your Pay Pal account, and you do not need a Pay Pal account to make your payment. The payee will show up on your statement and in your email receipt as Influence Marketing Solutions.
• When your payment has been processed, you will be redirected back to the web site where you may log in to your dashboard. You will also receive a payment confirmation email from Pay Pal as well as a welcome email from us.
• All listings will be held for review for up to 48 hours. You will receive an email when your listing has been approved and is live.

Do you offer refunds on online or other advertising purchases?

How do I edit my business listing?

Step 1) Log on to your account by clicking the Sign In link in the top right of every page. Once you are logged in, click the Dashboard link in the top right of any page.

Your dashboard will show you your current listings with us by business name, the expiration date of that listing, your listings current status (pending or published) and a menu of actions on the right. In the middle of the page, you may:
•Edit an existing listing. Mouse over your business name, and then click Edit in the menu that pops up below your name. Follow step 3 above.
• View your current listings. Mouse over your business name, and then click View in the menu that pops up below your name.
• Delete a listing. Mouse over your business name, then click Delete in the menu that pops up below
In the menu on the right, you may:
• Add New Listing for an associated business. (Follow steps 2-4 above.)
• View Listings. This will show you an overview of the active listings that are associated with your user name.
• View Expired Listings. This will show you an overview of the expired listings that are associated with your user name.
• View Reviews. Brides or other visitors to the web site may review your business by ranking it and making comments, which are shown on your listing page and here. We review and approve all user-submitted review before going live to ensure they conform to our community standards. You may review any approved reviews here.
• Edit Profile. Edit your user profile: here you may change your password and add information about yourself.
• Leads Capture. Here you may view bridal leads that have been emailed to you from the contact form on your listing page. These leads have already been emailed to you and archived here for later reference.

Can I upload videos to my listing page?
We do not offer video upload at this time due to bandwidth constraints. However, in the business description field of your listing, you may embed links to videos hosted on other sites.

Why isn’t my street address mapped on my listing?
Whenever you log in to your account and make changes to your listing, you must click Set Address on Map to reset your street address on the map. Do this before saving all other changes to your listing.

Why isn’t my logo and/or images displaying correctly?
For proportional display, your logo and images should be exactly 285 pixels wide x 190 pixels high (4:3 aspect ratio). Images that exceed either of these dimensions will be automatically cropped by the system. Maximum files size you can upload is 2 MB. If you need help sizing images, please email us.

I forgot my user name and/or password! How do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your user name, please email us with your name and business name. If you have only forgotten your password, go to the Sign In page and click Lost Your Password. Follow the prompts, and reset instructions will be emailed to you.

I do not see my product or service category listed.
We will gladly consider adding a new vendor category if it is appropriate to our audience, email us with your suggestion.

How do I know when my business listing is due for renewal?
For annual business listings, you will receive an expiration email notice from us prior to your expiration date with instructions on how to renew. You may also log in to your dashboard and find your listing’s expiration date there. For monthly listing accounts, please log in to your dashboard to see your next renewal date. You may also email us.

Your email arrive is for use online only and cannot be downloaded.

Please email us with your cancellation request. Your cancellation will become effective with the next scheduled billing period for your subscription.
